Florida Out-of-State Telehealth Provider

In accordance with section 456.47(4), Florida Statutes, I have met the requirements to become an out-of-state telehealth provider for the state of Florida. My Florida telehealth provider registration number is TPMC3263. If you are a resident of Florida, you must be physically located in the state of Florida at the time of a counseling appointment with me.

Massachusetts Licensed Mental Health Counselor

I am licensed as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor through The Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professions, in accordance with the provision of Massachusetts General Laws. My Massachusetts LMHC number is LMHC10001120, and can be officially verified here.

Massachusetts residents participating in counseling sessions with me must be physically located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts at the time of our appointment, per telehealth regulations.
